With more than 16 years of experience in Information Technology and cybersecurity, I've had the privilege of supporting businesses, leading technical support teams, and managing IT operations in the carious industries. My career has taken me from working as a hands-on Systems Technician to overseeing technology strategies, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both the technical and human side of IT.
